Ownership Transfer:

Once the cake leaves Yeli's Bakery Florida, ownership transfers to the customer.

Quality Assurance:

We take great care to ensure that your cake is of the highest quality when it leaves our premises. We do not assume responsibility for any damage to the cake after it has left our store.

Transportation and Storage:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to transport the cake safely and to store it appropriately upon leaving the store. 
  • We recommend transporting cakes on a flat surface (like the floor of a car) to minimize movement and potential damage.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized cakes (including those with personalized messages or designs).
    Cakes that have been consumed or partially consumed. 
  • Cakes damaged after leaving our store are not eligible for refunds or replacements. We recommend inspecting your cake thoroughly before leaving the premises to ensure it meets your expectations.

Exceptions:

In the event of a quality issue or error on our part (e.g., wrong cake delivered), please contact us immediately for resolution options.

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns on non-customized cakes within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
